Job Title: Superintendent (Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects)

Position Overview: Our client, an ENR Top 400 general contractor with a strong Southeast presence, specializes in heavy civil infrastructure projects such as bridges, dams, water and wastewater treatment plants, and energy facilities. With over 70 years of experience and a proven ability to self-perform civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes, they deliver both traditional and alternative delivery projects. Due to a growing pipeline in the water and wastewater sector, they are seeking experienced Superintendents to join their teams in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.

Duties:

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role coordinates field operations, manages subcontractors, enforces safety standards, and ensures quality control throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working on water / wastewater treatment plant projects with a GC.
• Able to Pass a Drug Test
• Legally Eligible to Work in the US
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required
