Job summary

LeoForce, a leader in luxury home construction in South Florida, is seeking a dynamic Permanent Superintendent - Residential to lead our residential projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, and supervision, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to high standards of safety and quality.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and safety management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in safety management and other relevant areas will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project work plans and ensure adherence to these plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any changes in the project.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all construction activities.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Permanent Superintendent - Residential for our Construction team.
