Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the build of high-end luxury homes in Charlottesville, VA. You will coordinate 1–2+ active jobs, lead subcontractors and staff, and ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, collaboration, and organization. Carpentry background and broad residential trades knowledge are preferred; education is valued but not required; tool ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a state driving safety course.
• Hands-on when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to organized job sites and vehicles.
• Carpentry background is preferred.
• Broad residential construction knowledge across trades is preferred.
• Prior superintendent experience on custom residential projects is preferred.
• Education is valued but not required.
• Tool ownership is preferred.

Responsibilities
