Job summary

Carbone Leadership in South Florida is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead luxury residential and commercial projects. This role demands strong leadership, meticulous field operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

You will manage crews, coordinate with project managers and vendors, enforce safety, and ensure schedules align with plans. Procore experience is preferred as you document progress and stay on schedule for high-end builds.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience in commercial or luxury residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Procore experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

We're seeking experienced Superintendents with one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Luxury Residential Construction

• High-End Residential Renovations

Healthcare and luxury residential experience are highly valued; however, candidates with strong commercial construction backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into luxury residential are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership

• Manage all day-to-day jobsite operations
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and sequencing
• Coordinate inspections and material deliveries
• Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining production schedules

Safety & Quality

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Conduct regular jobsite safety meetings and inspections
• Monitor workmanship and quality throughout construction
• Ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications

Project Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and office staff
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and project logistics
• Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts

Documentation

• Complete daily reports
• Maintain project documentation in Procore
• Coordinate RFIs, punch lists, inspections, and project closeout activities

Client Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service

Compensation

Luxury Residential Superintendent: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
