Our client is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead various high-value projects across the DMV area. This role requires an experienced leader who can handle subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with projects in the healthcare, affordable housing, higher-ed, K-12, recreation, multifamily, and office sectors, specifically within the $20-40 million range.
