Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Enforce OSHA 30 requirements and company safety protocols.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and resources for seamless execution.
• Conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and enforce project specifications.
