Job summary

MPI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support delivery of high-profile multifamily, student housing, mixed-use and commercial developments. The role focuses on coordinating field operations, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining schedule and quality on projects valued at $60M+.

You will collaborate with experienced construction leaders, enforce safety procedures, and help drive project momentum from start to finish across Northern Virginia.

Description

Profile
  • 2+ years of experience working for a General Contractor.
  • Experience on projects valued at $60M+.
  • Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or similar commercial construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
