Description

This role supports the Superintendent in managing daily field operations and learning how to lead construction projects from the ground up.

• Assist with day‑to‑day job site coordination and subcontractor oversight
• Help track and maintain project schedules and milestones
• Support quality control and safety compliance on site
• Participate in site meetings and document progress
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics
• Act as a bridge between field teams and project management
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Learn from senior field leaders and take on increasing responsibility over time

Profile

• 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally in a field‑based role
• Exposure to commercial, healthcare, life science, or industrial projects is a plus
• Basic understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
• Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Open to working on projects across Maine and Northern New England
• Motivated to build a long‑term career in field leadership
