Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and project execution
• Strong understanding of multiple construction trades and field operations

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all field construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, materials, and inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while identifying and resolving field challenges proactively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Oversee job site safety, logistics, organization, punch list completion, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures
