Job summary

Jobot in San Francisco seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and supervise field construction activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and top-quality results on landmark Bay Area projects.

You will manage subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, and client relationships, oversee safety programs and logistics, and coordinate with stakeholders. A Bachelor's in Construction Management is preferred but not required; competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of multiple construction trades and field operations.
• Ability to manage self-perform work and coordinate diverse teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all field construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, materials, and inspections throughout all phases of construction.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while identifying and resolving field challenges proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee job site safety, logistics, organization, punch list completion, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
