Job summary

Jobot, based in the Bay Area, seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead commercial TI, science/technology, and healthcare projects across multiple sites. You will manage teams, coordinate master schedules, and drive safety, quality, and profits in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3+ years as a General Contractor Superintendent, strong MS Project/Office and Procore skills, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Superintendent at a General Contractor.
• Extensive experience with commercial TI, science/technology, and/or healthcare projects.
• Working experience with MS Project/Office and Procore.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Employment longevity/stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and subcontractors; oversee schedules, planning, logistics, and cost control.
• Coordinate timelines, quality, safety, and meetings across multiple Bay Area jobs.

Job Details

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year

+$20K-$40K bonus, stock & 100% company-paid Kaiser insurance for employee/family

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams/multiple subcontractors, oversee master schedules/look aheads, project coordination/planning/logistics, ensure specs/timelines/quality/safety/profits, progress reports, cost control, job meetings, and resolve issues
• Project focus are jobs under $50M each with multiple jobsites throughout the Bay Area which will be assigned based on what city each candidate lives in
