Job summary

LeoForce in San Jose, CA is seeking a Mid Level Superintendent to lead projects for a general contracting firm. You will manage project teams and subcontractors, oversee master schedules, coordinate logistics, ensure specs, timelines, quality and safety while controlling profits and costs.

Projects under $50M across multiple Bay Area sites will be assigned based on where you live. Requires MS Project/Office and Procore proficiency, solid communication, and stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Superintendent at a General Contractor.
• Experience with commercial TI, science/technology, and/or healthcare projects.
• Working experience with MS Project/Office and Procore.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Employment longevity/stability.
