Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team in Milwaukee, WI.

This role requires 5+ years of on-site electrical construction management for mission critical/data center projects, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and schedule-driven delivery. The ideal candidate will lead subcontractor teams, oversee CPM scheduling, review design documents, and manage procurement to support fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience on-site managing electrical work for mission critical/data center projects.
  • Post high school education or equivalent in construction field.
  • Valid driver's license; pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
  • Experience leading project teams and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules and master project timelines.
  • Oversee budgets and material procurement coordination.
  • Review design documents and shop drawings for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with project team and stakeholders effectively.

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team!

Do you bring at least 5+ years of successful on-site project management experience overseeing electrical work for mission critical/data center projects? Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative work space? Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules.
  • Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
  • Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
  • Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
  • Establish and monitor QC program.
  • Value-engineer throughout projects.
  • Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
  • Travel for projects as needed.
Job Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
  • Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, and must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.
  • You will really stand out if you have:
    • Experience leading and supervising a project team.
    • Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
    • Previous experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule, and familiarity with the construction market.
    • Self-motivation and can supervise and work well with others while fostering a positive and inclusive work space.
