Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. invites a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector. The ideal candidate has extensive field construction experience and thrives in a fast, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, CPM scheduling, budgets and safety programs, reviewing designs, and coordinating procurement with the master schedule. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mission-critical construction.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug tests.
• Experience leading and supervising a project team.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
• Self-motivated with ability to supervise others in a positive space.

Ryan Companies US, Inc. invites a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. The ideal candidate has extensive field construction experience and thrives in a fast, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor the QC program.
• Value‑engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of experience in mission‑critical construction.
• Post‑high‑school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.
• Experience leading and supervising a project team.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
• Previous experience creating and managing an MS Project schedule and familiarity with the construction market.
• Self‑motivation; ability to supervise and work well with others while fostering a positive and inclusive work space.
