Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee mission-critical electrical construction projects. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, solid management skills, and be knowledgeable in BIM/CAD. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, developing project schedules, and ensuring high quality standards. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of current building codes.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid driver’s license and must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and construction budgets.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Review design documents and shop drawings; assist procurement and master scheduling.
• Establish and monitor QC program; value-engineer throughout projects.
• Coordinate with project team; travel to project sites as needed.
