Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and government projects. You will ensure work is executed to plans, specs, schedule, budget and quality, coordinating with owners, subs, architects, and engineers.

We value hands-on leadership, safety, clear communication, and the ability to read blueprints, develop schedules, and manage resources. Travel to project sites is required; a valid driver's license is a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing projects from mobilization through final completion and closeout.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices, OSHA standards, and quality-control procedures.
• Ability to conduct subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and project inspections.
• Read and interpret drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and maintain site organization.

Job Details

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and daily site activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating work to keep projects on track.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices, OSHA standards, and quality-control procedures.
• Ability to conduct subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and project inspections.
• Experience reviewing drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ability to identify scheduling, quality, and field issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Procore or other construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
