Job Details

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment in the construction industry where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects. You will be coordinating with various teams, managing manpower, ensuring the project is on schedule, and liaising with subcontractors. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency that our company is known for.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing crews, subcontractor management, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. A strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
9. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
10. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
