Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced field superintendent in Denver, CO to independently manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety, and ensure quality across retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare, and tenant improvements.

You will mentor junior field staff, manage T&M documentation, and report with Procore. The role offers direct exposure to ownership and a culture that values autonomy and high EQ.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent experience is required.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare or other commercial projects.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work and ground up projects.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage a range of complex commercial projects including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other tenant improvement work.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, safety policies, and project-specific requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

Job Details

This position is ideal for a field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams. This person will also help mentor and direct younger superintendents and field staff.
