Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead large-scale data center construction across the United States. This is a field leadership role focusing on complex, ground-up projects with nationwide travel.

Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, inspections, commissioning, and phased turnover while ensuring safety and quality standards. Strong experience with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field leadership experience in data centers, complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction
• Experience leading large, ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination

• Leading national General Contractor seeking Superintendents to deliver large-scale data center projects throughout the United States.
• Opportunities are available for developing field leaders and seasoned Superintendents with relevant technical construction experience.

Requirements

• 3+ 5+ years of successful field leadership experience in data centers, complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction
• Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination
• Understanding of complex electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience coordinating inspections, commissioning and phased turnover
• Direct mission-critical experience preferred; strong technical construction backgrounds will also be considered
• Open to nationwide travel assignments

Core Build: Ground-up data centers, including sitework, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling systems, controls, commissioning and phased turnover.
