Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial construction and strong leadership skills to coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

We are currently partnered with a top 10 ENR contractor looking to add Superintendents to their mission critical team. There are several locations that this position can operate in and we are open to discussing all options. One of the better packages on the market paying a base, per diem, bonus, vehicle allowance, healthcare etc

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with project specifications
• Manage project sequencing, logistics, and trade coordination activities
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts
• Collaborate closely with project management, owners, and design teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably on mission critical or data center projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.
