Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale, ground-up data center projects across the United States. You will supervise site activities from sitework through turnover, guiding field teams and coordinating with electrical, mechanical and civil trades.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive field leadership in data centers or related sectors, with proven experience managing on-site teams, look-ahead scheduling, safety, quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field leadership experience in data centers, complex industrial, cold storage, manufacturing or distribution construction.
• Proven experience leading large, ground-up projects as the primary on-site construction leader.
• Experience managing Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and subcontractor teams.
• Strong command of construction scheduling, sequencing, logistics, safety and quality control.
• Ability to develop look-ahead schedules, manage critical-path activities and implement recovery plans.
• Strong understanding of complex electrical and mechanical systems and their integration with civil, structural and architectural scopes.
• Experience overseeing inspections, commissioning readiness and phased turnover.
• Ability to partner with project management, owners and design teams to resolve field issues and maintain project milestones.
