This role leads all field operations, coordinates subcontractors and trade partners, enforces strict safety and quality standards, and drives fast‑paced schedules across multiple project sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on‑site construction activities for large‑scale, ground‑up data center projects and campus expansions
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, equipment, and overall sequencing of work
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site at all times
• Track field progress, monitor productivity, update schedules, and resolve construction issues in real time
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, engineers, inspectors, and design teams
• Oversee installation and commissioning readiness of MEP, electrical, and mission‑critical systems
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards
