Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent in Boston to lead ground-up and major renovation projects ranging from $10M to $80M+. You will supervise on-site operations, coordinate schedules, manage safety, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on occupied environments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC, solid scheduling skills (P6/MS Project), and a deep understanding of the Boston market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC.
• Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred.
• Strong scheduling experience (P6 or MS Project exposure a plus).
• Proven ability to manage complex phasing and occupied renovations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Boston construction market dynamics.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce quality standards.
• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee logistics planning for tight urban and occupied campus environments.
• Run OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships on-site.
