The candidate should have 10+ years in commercial construction, a proven record of $10M-$15M+ projects, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. Local relocation to Charlottesville preferred.

This individual will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, drive schedule performance, and work closely with project leadership to deliver successful projects throughout the Charlottesville area.

Profile

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects valued at $10M-$15M+.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and site management.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build strong working relationships.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Commercial project experience preferred, though diverse project backgrounds will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Local to or willing to relocate near the Charlottesville, VA area.
