Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor in civil construction.
• Experience managing civil projects such as roadway construction, utility installation, drainage, or infrastructure improvements.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, sitework, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple scopes of work.
