Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Superintendent to join our fast-paced construction team. This position will play a vital role in overseeing all phases of our construction projects from initial planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, safety management, scheduling, and planning. Responsibilities

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
2. Develop and implement detailed project schedules, including identifying critical paths and ensuring all project deadlines are met.
3. Ensure safety regulations are adhered to by all personnel and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
4. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance, and resolving any issues that arise.
5. Maintain constant communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and expectations are clearly understood and met.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety codes, as well as other regulations.
7. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring all potential issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
8. Prepare and submit project reports, and communicate any changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
3. Proficient in scheduling software and construction management systems.
4. Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision‑making skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
9. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
10. Strong attention to detail with a dedication to high-quality work.
