Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil construction to join our dynamic team. This role manages complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, hands-on experience with excavating, demolition, paving, concrete and highways, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with excavating, demolition, paving, concrete, highways, and roadways.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficient in project management software.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Proficient in project management software and technology.
• Certification in construction safety or project management is a plus.
