Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a $5M library project
• Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Drive project timelines using tools like Primavera P6
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to OSHA standards
• Coordinate closely with the Project Executive and project team
• Maintain accurate documentation via Procore and Bluebeam
• Take ownership of scheduling and sequencing with minimal oversight
• Support both renovation and base building scopes

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision
• Proven experience with renovation and ground-up projects up to $20M
• Strong technical proficiency in P6, Procore, and Bluebeam
• OSHA certification and strong safety mindset
• Background in the trades or field-based career progression preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
