Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction for diverse ground-up and interior projects in the DC Metro region. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and coordination with clients, architects, and trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive daily field operations on ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects.
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Oversee multiple trades and ensure effective coordination across all phases of construction.
  • Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
