MPI is seeking a Superintendent for large-scale ground-up commercial projects in the DC Metro and Northern Virginia markets, based in Bethesda, MD. You will lead site operations, develop schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years of GC superintendent experience on $30M+ ground-up projects, with strong leadership, communication, and region-wide coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Proven track record leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience on projects valued at $30M or greater.
• Background in commercial, healthcare, multifamily, education, hospitality, industrial, public works, or similar markets.
• Strong leadership abilities with subcontractor and field team management.
• Solid knowledge of scheduling, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage projects across DC Metro and Northern Virginia regions.
