Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years with a GC, strong background in commercial/multifamily construction, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with renovations, additions, older buildings, and occupied spaces strongly preferred.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Superintendent position overseeing multiple active projects across the Northern VA/DC region. The company is looking for a seasoned field professional who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Projects will typically range from $1M–$10M, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple active projects and a diverse range of commercial construction.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor

• Experience with renovations, additions, older buildings, and occupied spaces strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong subcontractor management and field leadership experience
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site operations
