Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Top General Contractor project in the Tri-State area. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of commercial construction experience in superintendent roles, a bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in interpreting drawings is required. Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, general commercial projects.
• Strong ability reading/interpreting drawings.
• Experience managing project budgets up to $20M.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
