Qualifications

This role will oversee federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring full compliance with government standards, safety protocols, and contract requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal construction projects on active military installations
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement
• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate site teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, NAVFAC, and USACE standards
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality control protocols
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and government representatives
• Drive schedule performance and critical path milestones
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in federal construction project management or site supervision
• Experience working on military bases or secure government facilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal construction standards and compliance requirements

• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget
