LVI Associates in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mechanical and plumbing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, excels at coordinating multiple crews, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience coordinating large field teams on complex projects.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated leader with a hands-on management style and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate field superintendents, foremen, and craft professionals.
• Develop manpower plans and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.
• Conduct site meetings, safety meetings, and progress reviews.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and project milestones.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment needs, and workforce planning.
• Maintain exceptional safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all job sites.

A well-established and highly respected mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll play a critical role overseeing field teams, coordinating with project management staff, and driving successful project delivery across healthcare, education, institutional, industrial, mission-critical, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with healthcare, medical gas, educational, institutional, industrial, military, or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, productivity tracking, and field execution.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated leader with a hands-on management style and commitment to safety.
