Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee all field operations on high-value projects in the United States. You will lead site activities, ensure safety and quality, coordinate trades, and drive project schedules from start to turnover.

The role requires a strong track record in defense/advanced technology sectors, extensive field leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years as a superintendent with a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily field operations and site activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives.
• Oversee site logistics, sequencing, phasing, workforce planning and trade coordination.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
• Monitor progress and address schedule, quality, manpower, and constructability issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and project turnover requirements.
• Lead field meetings and communicate status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Review and enforce compliance with plans, specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor, train and develop field staff and junior superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily field operations and site activities for assigned projects

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in Defense/Advanced Technology, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Commercial, Higher Education preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a dedicated Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Proven experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and multiple trades
• Experience delivering projects valued between $10M and $50M+
• Strong field leadership and superintendent experience
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project schedules and milestones
• Ability to lead fast-paced, complex construction projects
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Strong mentorship and team development experience preferred
• Experience with complex site logistics and phased construction preferred
• Demonstrated success delivering projects safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards
