Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to own day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll lead subcontractors, coordinate trades, run meetings, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality while staying ahead of material and equipment needs.

This direct-hire opportunity covers projects within about 50 miles of Oconomowoc, WI. You’ll travel to local job sites, make field decisions, and collaborate with project managers and owners to

Qualifications

• Hands-on Superintendent with at least 5 years of construction management experience.
• OSHA site safety experience, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to travel between local jobsites.
• Design-build experience, Procore familiarity, and additional safety or equipment certifications are valuable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead subcontractors, coordinate trades, and keep crews working toward the same milestones.
• Run subcontractor meetings, pre-installation meetings, and jobsite coordination.
• Manage schedules, monitor progress, and stay ahead of material and equipment needs.
• Work directly with project managers, owners, and project partners to resolve field challenges.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and compliance.
• Catch potential conflicts between trades before they turn into delays or rework.

Who you’ll be:

You’re comfortable leading subcontractors, making field decisions, and communicating with project stakeholders. You bring OSHA site safety experience, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to travel between local jobsites.

Design‑build experience, Procore familiarity, and additional safety or equipment certifications are valuable, but they’re not the whole story.
