Job summary

Oxeland Group is seeking a Superintendent – Lead Commercial & Federal Projects to own field operations on multi‑family, commercial and federal work in Wisconsin. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and daily site activities, coordinating with PMs and clients to ensure clear communication and on‑time delivery using Procore.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years of leadership in commercial/government projects, OSHA 30, and the ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading commercial construction jobsites as a Superintendent or Field Leader.
• Experience managing subcontractors, trade sequencing, and project schedules.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Valid driver's license.
• 10+ years of leadership in commercial/government/federal construction.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or specialized trade safety training.
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, trade partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules to identify potential delays and keep projects moving.
• Enforce strict site safety standards for a safe, organized work environment.
• Conduct pre-installation meetings and site inspections to maintain quality.
• Partner with PMs and clients to deliver clear communication and resolve issues.
• Log daily reports and manage RFIs using Procore.
• Drive project closeout and punch-list completion for timely delivery.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead daily field operations, trade partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record leading commercial construction jobsites as a Superintendent or Field Leader.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, trade sequencing, and overall project schedules.
• Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Valid driver's license.

• 10 or more years of experience in commercial, government, or federal construction leadership.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or specialized trade safety training.
• Working knowledge of digital construction management platforms such as Procore.
