Jobot currently seeks a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a landmark Milwaukee development. You will oversee on-site construction, coordinate crews, manage safety and schedule, and partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to drive progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools is highly desirable.

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings as the senior field leader.
