Job summary

Per Sé Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to own high-end commercial interior projects, from mobilization through completion, with accountability for safety, quality, and schedule.

You will direct subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, keep three-week lookaheads, coordinate inspections and submittals, and work closely with clients and architects to resolve issues and keep the project moving.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of verifiable Superintendent experience.
• Experience with high-end retail TI, restaurant, experiential, or multifamily projects is a plus.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software.

This is a chance to take that experience and own projects from start to finish while staying local.

You’ll own the site

The compensation range is $110,000–$135,000, based on experience.

You’re probably a fit if

you can walk onto a jobsite and take control without needing to be taught how to run a complex project. You understand the trades, know how to keep subcontractors moving, and can be firm without creating unnecessary friction. You’re organized, diplomatic, proactive, and comfortable being the person everyone looks to when something needs to get figured out.

Three or more years of verifiable Superintendent experience is required. High-end retail TI, restaurant, experiential, or multifamily experience is a plus, as is experience with Procore or similar construction software.
