Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Superintendent for projects in Southeast Wisconsin. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate self-perform trades, and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery for commercial projects.

The role emphasizes OSHA safety compliance, strong client relationships, and proactive conflict resolution. Candidates with carpentry or concrete backgrounds and Procore experience are highly valued and local to Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a construction superintendent in commercial construction.
• Carpentry or concrete trades background preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Leadership of commercial construction projects over $10M preferred.
• Experience managing self perform trades preferred.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.

The Successful Applicant
