Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a Superintendent for a Temple, TX project to drive construction from dirt work to punch list on a $20–$30M commercial build. You’ll own execution, manage scheduling, and lead meetings with subcontractors, owners and architect while enforcing safety and quality control across all phases.

You’ll nurture key relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff, delivering on the client’s vision on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience running $20MM–$30MM commercial construction projects required.
• Manufacturing or industrial project experience required.
• Design-build and fast-track project experience preferred.
• Ground-up experience covering every phase, from sitework to closeout, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and timely completion of all construction phases, from dirt work to punch list
• Run scheduling and lead subcontractor and owner/architect meetings
• Enforce all corporate safety rules and regulations
• Drive the quality control program and inspect work in progress for conformity to contract documents and specs
• Maintain and grow relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff

They need a Superintendent who can take a project from dirt work to punch list and deliver on the vision the client set out to build, keeping every phase, trade, and relationship on track.

Compensation

$100,000–$120,000, DOE

• Choice of a $1,060 monthly vehicle allowance (car + gas) or a company truck with a 10% bonus, gas and tolls included, after 60 days
