About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Superintendent to lead and manage our construction projects. In this role, you will supervise foremen and subcontractors, ensure high-quality execution, and maintain project schedules. You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Supervise all trades and ensure quality performance across the project.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery to maintain the project schedule.
- Assist the Project Manager in creating and revising project schedules.
- Monitor operations for quality, productivity, and budget compliance.
- Maintain job site security and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare daily construction reports and weekly safety meetings.
- Oversee and update As-Built drawings weekly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Required Skills: Full understanding of project plans and specifications; ability to supervise and coordinate trades; knowledge of subcontractor agreements and scope of work; experience monitoring schedules and construction activities.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with commercial construction projects.
- Certifications: OSHA Safety Certification preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of construction experience preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
- Salary: $95,000 - $120,000, with discretionary bonuses.
- Profit Sharing: Through John Hancock, with 4% discretionary matching.

- Paid Time Off: Two weeks’ vacation (increases to three weeks after five years), six sick days annually.

Additional Details
Location: Onsite (Projects Across California and the Western U.S.). Candidates must live in the Western United States and be willing to travel to job sites.
