Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead major commercial construction projects in Texas from ground up. You will own site execution, drive safety, schedule field activities, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver quality results.

This role requires experience with $20M–$30M projects, ground-up construction, and fast-track or design-build exposure. A company truck or vehicle allowance is available along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading $20M–$30M commercial construction projects
• Background with manufacturing or industrial projects
• Ground-up construction experience across all major phases
• Design-build or fast-track experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from sitework through punch list and closeout
• Manage project scheduling and day-to-day field activities
• Lead subcontractor and owner/architect meetings
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
• Drive quality control and inspect work for compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and internal teams
• Maintain strong project relationships while ensuring timely completion

Lead major commercial construction projects from the ground up with a stable, highly respected general contractor that has been building Texas for nearly 50 years. Our client is looking for a Superintendent who can take ownership of complex projects, build strong relationships in the field, and make sure every phase is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base DOE + bonus & company truck
