Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Details
- Five or more years of construction field supervision experience
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Experience leading projects from site mOur Clientlization through final turnover
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, manpower, deliveries, and site logistics
- Ability to develop and maintain master schedules, short-interval plans, and look-ahead schedules
- Working knowledge of structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Responsibility for jobsite safety planning, enforcement, documentation, and corrective action
- Responsibility for quality control, constructability reviews, punch-list completion, and project closeout
- Daily documentation of jobsite activity, progress, workforce, safety, weather, and field conditions
- Coordination with owners, design professionals, project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal support teams
- Resolution of field conflicts, scope gaps, sequencing issues, and constructability challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and digital construction management platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills
- OSHA training and current First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned project locations
- Ability to work in active construction environments and perform the physical functions required for field supervision
