Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Ability to read plans and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Procore experience preferred.

• Knowledge of commercial building processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field.
