Job summary

Michael Page in Raleigh is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across multiple sites in the Raleigh area.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Superintendent will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience successfully running construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple trades and coordinate site operations effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to maintain schedules, quality, and project performance.
• Must be able to work on projects located throughout the Raleigh, Triad, and surrounding markets.
