Job summary

MPI is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout execution.

The successful candidate will read drawings and specs, leverage Procore/Bluebeam, and communicate effectively with owners and trades to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination skills.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
• Demonstrates humility, accountability, leadership, and strong communication skills.
