Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent working for a General Contractor.
• Background in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Strong ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage subcontractor performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A good track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Based in or within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC.

• Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on site.

• Ensure high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers and clients.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, site documentation and progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Manage projects through punch list and final handover.

An established General Contractor in Raleigh is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Superintendent to join its growing team.

The company delivers a diverse range of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects, with values ranging from $1m to $40m.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects, managing site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality from mobilisation through to completion.

Salary & Benefits

$110,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience.
