Job summary

Goodall Brazier is recruiting an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission critical/data center projects. You will manage trade contractors, coordinate self-perform work, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex builds.

The role requires directing field teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Relocation to the Tri-Cities, Boardman or Umatilla area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience building mission critical/data center facilities from ground-up through completion.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling, safety regulations (OSHA), and field operations.

We are partnering with a leading national general contractor to appoint an experienced Superintendent to deliver large-scale mission critical/data center projects. What We're Looking For
