GH Engage is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up data center projects across the United States. The role ensures safety, quality, and schedule across all phases, managing large-scale programs from $50M to $500M+.

The position requires traveling nationwide, coordinating with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Trade Partners to drive results while maintaining high standards for OSHA compliance, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
  • Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial or Large-Scale Commercial Construction experience.
  • Experience managing complex MEP scopes preferred.
  • Ability to travel full-time nationwide.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
  • Manage subcontractors, daily schedules, manpower coordination, and site logistics.
  • Drive project safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Trade Partners.
  • Maintain aggressive project schedules while ensuring quality execution.
  • Conduct daily site meetings, progress reporting, and look-ahead planning.
  • Oversee inspections, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
  • Ensure adherence to design documents, specifications, and standards.
  • Mentor field staff and develop project teams.

An ENR-ranked General Contractor with a nationally recognized Mission Critical division is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead large-scale data center construction projects across the United States.

Position Overview
